The board of directors of Copartner Tech Corp. is conducted by 7 members who have successful achievement in their own professional specialty, such as cable industry, financial, business, and management fields. Among them, Professor Jan-Zan Lee from Department of Accountancy of National Taipei University, and Professor Kwang-Cheng Chen from Department of Electrical Engineering of National Taiwan University are Independent Directors.
The board of directors is responsible for supervising the entire company’s operation and affairs, whereas the team of administration is responsible for daily operation, financial report preparation, fundraising, and other investments. The rights from the board of directors do not have any conflict and influence towards the duty of the administration. | | |
